Berry Good Kale Smoothie

Kale is such a powerhouse of vitamins, ( um…hello, vitamin K, A and C, iron, fiber, and everything in between!) so when paired with a super antioxidant like blueberries,( adios, free radicals!) it is a POWER PUNCH of WOW for your body…I like to add some ice to make it cold, and add some chia seeds for some omega 3….(clean up and open those arteries!) What a great way to start your day!

Ingredients
  1. 2 Handfuls of Kale
  2. 1 Cup of blueberries
  3. 1 Cup oat milk ( you can substitute of almond milk too )
  4. 1 Banana ( sliced )
  5. 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
  6. 1-2 Ice cubes
Instructions
  1. Toss all of the ingredients in a blender
  2. Blend until you reach your desired consistency
  3. Add more milk of needed
  4. Start with day with a POW and enjoy!
