Yummy Healthy Ranch Dip

The minute I ask the kids..” Hey!  Do you guys want to make ranch?”  That is seriously one of the few times my chidren actually listen and respond, and it is always with a “YESSSSSSSS!!!”  They wash their hands and run into the kitchen to help and eat…Ok, so they eat more than help, but the point is that they love it! 

Yummy Healthy Ranch Dip

I know what you are thinking..." Ranch does not have dill, lady!" Well, I personally think dill is one of natures most amazing herbs! It is full of vitamins A and C, and tons of other good things that I cannot pronounce. It also cuts the tangy-ness from the greek yogurt- which is also a healthy powerhouse! Then paired with your favorite veggies, makes is so addicting! Enjoy!

Ingredients
  1. 2 Cups plain greek yogurt
  2. 1 Garlic clove ( minced)
  3. 1 Tsp. lemon juice
  4. 2 tablespoons dill
  5. 1 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
Instructions
  1. Place greek yogurt into a bowl.
  2. Add all ingredients on top
  3. Stir until everything is well mixed together
  4. Plate with your favorite sliced veggies
