Tangy Raspberry Vinaigrette

I love the fact that it is so incredible easy to make a simply fresh salad dressing, with everything that you already have stocked in your kitchen.  That processed junk in a bottle is overpriced, and has ZERO ( literally) nutritional value. Geez…even olive oil, salt , pepper, and a little balsamic can make a great dressing.  Imagine all of the other stuff you can add to it to perfectly pair your salad?!  This dressing has a sweet, tangy, salty flavor packed with antioxidants, and can dress up the boringest  ( not really a word) of salads…yes, even vegetarians can get tired of boring salads!  This raspberry vinaigrette has a little bit of an attitude, and I like it!

Ingredients
  1. 1 Cup raspberries
  2. 1/4 Cup olive oil
  3. 2 Tbsp. honey
  4. 1 Tbsp. raw sugar
  5. 1/2 Cup balsamic vinegar
  6. 1/2 Tsp salt
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender, and blend your preferred consistency
  2. Enjoy!
